You've Been Anointed and Appointed

 

I hear Him say, (1.1.2023)

“Welcome the New Year! You’ve crossed over the threshold. Welcome the fresh wind of my Spirit blowing in. Stand and face the wind. Let it refresh your soul. 

It’s time to take a stand. (Ephesians 6:13) Stand against all the things that wage war against your soul. (1 John 2:16) These things try to keep you anesthetized, keeping you numb and spiritually dull. Come hide yourself in me. (Proverbs 18:10, Colossians 3:3) It’s time to come out and be separate. (2 Corinthians 6:17) Ask me for a holy resolve to resist the pull of this world. Come up higher and see from my vantage point. (Colossians 3:1-3) The victory is already won through my Son! (Colossians 2:13-15) 

Park yourself in Romans 12. Let it be your standard of living. Allow me to wash away the filth, the old man way of thinking with the water of my Word. (Ephesians 5:25–27) 

It’s time for transformation! It’s time for you to step into your destiny as my heir (Romans 8:19) to rule and reign in kingdom dominion that Christ purchased for you. You’re anointed, and appointed just as Jesus Christ, to bring good news to the poor, bind up the broken hearted, set prisoners free, proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor, and the day of my vengeance, to comfort all who mourn, and reverse the affects of darkness by shining my bright light. You are my oak of righteousness, planted to display my splendor. (Isaiah 61:1-3) 

I’m sending you out to be my representatives- my ambassadors. (2 Corinthians 5:20) Don’t shy away from your calling. This mantle has been prepared for you since before you were born.” (Ephesians 2:10)
