Align With My Promises

As I prayed this morning, I saw someone trying to push a boulder. They got it to move a smidge. Then I saw God’s Spirit rest on them, empowering them and the person pushed it and it flew far away, like they had super strength.

I hear Him say: (1.25.23)

Don’t worry about trying to remove obstacles, and weary yourself trying. Some things only I can move. If you fix your gaze on me and draw near to me, these things I will take care of for you. I’m asking for proper alignment. (Matthew 6:33)

Allow me to move the heavy loads for you. Allow me to strengthen you in the secret place so you move through this life with incredible power, ease, and peace in my Spirit. (Zechariah 4:6) My kingdom is not a kingdom of striving, it’s a kingdom of rest and surrender. It’s a place of humility and utmost trust.  I am asking for  a heart yielded to my ways, yielded to my move. You’re not to be trying to play chess with the enemy. He’s already been defeated by me. Don’t play his games. Come up higher to your seat. (Ephesians 2:6)

My righteous ones live by faith (Hebrews 10:38, 2 Corinthians 5:7) in my ability to rescue and sustain them, not their own smarts or strength. “Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.” (Proverbs 20:7)

Come home and rest in this ark I’ve provided for you. I alone am your safe place. Don’t be like the Israelites who made alliances with foreign nations during times of opposition instead of coming to me to defend them. Trust me to be your protector and defender. I am the one who moves the boulders! I’m the only one you can lean on completely. I’m always faithful to fulfill my promises to you.

You’re hidden with me and in me. (Colossians 3:3) Simply believe in my gift of salvation and lean on me in this time of warfare. Seek me and I will show you the way to victory. It’s yours in Christ Jesus. You ARE more than a conqueror. (Romans 8:37) It’s your destiny! So today, celebrate the victory that’s assured to you. That’s faith.

Choose to speak over the situation what I’ve told you the outcome will be, not the foreboding words of the enemy. (Jeremiah 29:11) Align with my promises, not a spirit of unbelief. Unbelief will only keep you circling in the wilderness longer than necessary. Circle my promises instead. Cling to them. Speak them out with your mouth, declare them over yourself and situations. I’m making a way where there seems to be no way! (Isaiah 43:19, Exodus 14:21, Isaiah 43:16-17) Raise your expectations! Believe it and receive it, by faith! (Hebrews 11:6)
