I Just Want You

I saw someone being lifted high into the air. the things that were attached to this person, keeping them weighed down, were no longer able to hold them down, as if they were holding onto a huge helium balloon! The upward pull was way stronger than the hinderances.

As I ponder this, I hear Him say:

“The season is now. The shift is taking place. The hinderances that once held my bride captive to the past, the old cycles, are breaking off. I’m giving divine revelation and great grace to move forward unhindered. I’m bringing acceleration to my bride in this season. She’s moving to new heights in the Spirit.

Rejoice! For now is the time to shine unencumbered by the old way of doing things. I’m bringing a greater level of freedom to my bride that is causing a celebration to break out in her heart. It’s a fullness of joy not yet experienced. This is only the tip of the iceberg. It’s only going to get better- to increase! This joy unspeakable full of glory will mark you. You will be known as one who carries my joy and freedom.

The old is washed away. Behold, the new is here. Embrace the new! Come up here for this magic carpet ride where it’s just me and you alone. Accept my invitation and see all I will reveal to you. Let the light of my face shine on you and warm your soul, heal the wounds, and remove the scars from past seasons.

Step into a new day with me by your side. I’ve called you to greater intimacy with me. You’re no longer to “Christian” alone. You’re to come home and live in my heart. You don’t know fully what that entails yet, but I will show you. It’s a beautiful surrender of self. It’s a yielding of the heart and a willingness to sit at my feet like Mary. It’s intimacy with me that seems to good to be true. The kind you’ve only dreamed about. That’s what I’m offering you. It’s inward. It starts in the heart. It removes hypocrisy from your ministry.

It’s ok to feel trepidation at first, just take one step at a time. Yes, you may feel vulnerable and a little raw. That’s ok. That’s how relationships are built. You share your heart with me. I share my heart with you. I promise, I will help pull you through when it seems too hard to yield fully to me. I won’t let you fail. I am for you! Not against you. I am zealous for your love. I’m here to offer you my heart. I stand at the door of your heart and knock again. Will you let me in?

Don’t think you have to make things presentable before you open the door. I don’t care about all that. I just want you. I’ve come to embrace you. All of you. Don’t hide in shame. You’re the righteousness of God in me. You’re holy, blameless and above reproach. You’re my dearest, my bride. Who cares what they think?
