Grace Upon Grace Turns Bitter to Sweet

This challenge you’re facing I’m using to test you, to sharpen you, and ultimately, to annihilate this false comfort of control. Don’t allow in thoughts of self-pity when things don’t seem to go your way. You have nothing to feel bad about. I have not left you forsaken. NOTHING could be further from the truth.

You may feel like Naomi, bitter (Ruth 1:20.) Just as I took care of Naomi, I take care of you. I restore to you what was stolen. The enemy is the one who has stolen from you, not me. Naomi was deceived by the enemy into thinking I had plans to harm her, to leave her high and dry. Don’t take the bait. My plans are for your welfare. I have plans to prosper you: not to harm you, but to give you a hope and a future. I am the restorer, rebuilder, rewarder! There must be uprooting, tearing down, destroying and overthrowing of false idols, false comforts, and familiar spirits for the ground in your garden to be ready for the planting and the building. But it’s for your good, for your healing, for your advancement, for your lineage for generations to come!

I am inviting you to not look upon the disappointments of the past and allow the enemy to prophesy to you more troubles but dream with me of what good I have in store for you. Invite me to show you my plans for restoration. Spy into your promise land.

I am the Resurrection and the Life and I walk with you holding your hand through every moment of every day.

“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5

Your life is supremely blessed. Don’t give in to feelings of lack when I nourish you daily out of my fullness, with grace heaped upon grace.

Like Naomi the end of the story is redemption, increase, and prosperity. Cling to me and watch me turn the tide and return to you your rightful inheritance. You shall be known as “Naomi” - pleasant, content and happy. I turn your bitter waters sweet.
