Set My Love as a Seal Upon Your Heart
7.22.22
I hear Him say to you:
“I love you. I never tire of saying it. It’s not up to you how much I love you. I know it would be more comfortable for you to only receive my love when you feel like you’ve earned it. My love is not conditional. My love does not show favoritism. I love all. My love is like the sun that shines on the righteous and the unrighteousness. My love is like the merciful, refreshing. rains that pour on the just and the injustice alike. It’s as if my love is a hose with no off switch. It just keeps pouring into you. Just position yourself under my stream to receive it.
Once you receive my love and mercy even in your weakness, where you feel unworthy, you will be like my daughter who washed my feet with her tears and dried them with her hair. She recognized her need for my forgiveness and fully received it. She was full of my love for herself and for others because she received it from me. If you can’t come to me in the depth of your weakness and receive my mercy and love in that place you will never be able to fully love me in response. If your focused on trying to earn my love you’ll miss the free gift. If you don’t receive it, you won’t have it to give.
So sit at my feet like Mary and receive from me. Look into my eyes of flaming fire. Let it warm you like the sun and refresh you like the rain. Carry my love. Wear it like a seal upon your heart. Imagine my love as the sun penetrating your heart, illuminating all the cold, dark crevices with warmth and love and joy. I’m setting you on fire. Imagine yourself carrying this ball of fire of my love in your heart for me and for those around you. Sunbeams pour out of your heart, warming everyone around you with my love.
When you feel your heart growing cold again, and sunbeams aren’t shining out of you to all around you it’s because you have forgotten to be a conduit of my love. Come back to this place of receiving my love and place it again like a seal upon your heart.
It’s the same for my mercy rains. When your dry, parched, and cracked like the desert, come. Sit under my light cloud, my easy yoke, and feel the rains of refreshing pour over you again. You simply repent, turning back to me. And accept me as your source, your vine. I meet you where you are, Like the father of the prodigal returning home. My grace and mercy are always here for you when you boldly approach my throne to receive like a child. You can lean on me and I’ll bring you up out of the wilderness. I’m your home, your refuge from weariness. Come and receive again today and rain down refreshing waters of mercy on all around you.
